Let me say this : if the physics I studied in highschool would have been this interesting I would have payed it more attention。This was a fun book to read and I am convinced that it would be a fun movie to watch also。In my opinion， these characters were not created in such a manner to be lovable， but to be relatable。 It was such a relief for me to read about teenagers that act like teenagers do， and feel like teenagers do。There was not a dull moment in this book。 It grabbed my attention from the Let me say this : if the physics I studied in highschool would have been this interesting I would have payed it more attention。This was a fun book to read and I am convinced that it would be a fun movie to watch also。In my opinion， these characters were not created in such a manner to be lovable， but to be relatable。 It was such a relief for me to read about teenagers that act like teenagers do， and feel like teenagers do。There was not a dull moment in this book。 It grabbed my attention from the very begining and it didn't let go until the end。I could relate to the way Caro was feeling in highschool。 I was never that smart or that witty but I can definitely relate to her feelings。I loved that it adressed the topic of people growing in different directions and how important it is to respect that。 That some people might take a different path and you should let them， but also to not abandon your own path just to keep a person in your life。Another topic was about consent。 If a guy has sex with a girl while she is drunk it is said that he is taking advantage of her。 But what about when a boy is drunk？ If he's the one asking for sex， but only when he's drunk， who's the one taking advantage？ How about if you use a pheromone amplifying potion？ Can he still give his consent or are you taking his free will away ？ Also， the different thing about this book is that the love story was unfolding before my eyes， and I didn't even see it。 It's magic， people！ Smoke and mirrors😉 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 I actually found this book while looking for another book of the same title but here are my thoughts on it after finishing it: 1） I really don't like Caro。 Something about her character rubbed me the wrong way throughout the whole story。 What she did to Haruki and to her friends was extremely messed up and selfish。 2） The plot is really cheesy？ This usually isn't a problem when written correctly but I didn't feel like it was adapted in a way where growth in characters could really be shown。3） Th I actually found this book while looking for another book of the same title but here are my thoughts on it after finishing it: 1） I really don't like Caro。 Something about her character rubbed me the wrong way throughout the whole story。 What she did to Haruki and to her friends was extremely messed up and selfish。 2） The plot is really cheesy？ This usually isn't a problem when written correctly but I didn't feel like it was adapted in a way where growth in characters could really be shown。3） The only redeeming characters in this book are her fathers。 I really liked their relationship but it would have been nice to see Vati be treated not as comic relief， but rather show his more serious side once in a while。 He's still my favorite character though。 4） I think the whole thing about excluding Gabriella just because Caro and Kioko had known each other for longer was a bit （I'm not sure how to word this？） lazy？ I mean in the beginning， it seemed as if Gabriella was the only one that was really looking out for Caro。 I thought that they would have ended up getting up together tbh。 this is like a 2。5 at most， it's not too bad 。。。more

really nice book with lot of plottwists。 Steven did do really great。 All the scientific stuff in this book is also really interesting and made me want to read more about it。
